FAQ
1. How many words/characters can your translators produce
each day?
Our translators can translate 2000-3000 words/characters each day,
depending on the content and the difficulty of the source text.
2. What about confidentiality?
We won't disclose our clients' information to other people except our
translators and consultants. 
3. What about the translation cost?
It depends on the language(s) involved, the content and the difficulty
of the source text(s). Please contact our staff members for further
information.

4. What is over time work?
If clients require our translators to work out of hours or work in
a very short time limit, then 30%-50% of the total translation cost
will be charged.
5. In what forms will the outputs be delivered?
Hard copies, faxes, email ,floppy disks and express delivery.
6. What about the minimum acceptable words/characters
and the minimum charge?
500 words/ characters.The minimum charge is H.K.$400.
7. What about the qualifications of your translators?
Our translators are all university graduates and they have a minimum
of 5 years' translation experience in their specialized fields. We also
have a team of university staff members to ensure the quality of our
translation outputs.
