| I first became interested in swords, more specifically the Japanese Katana, when I attended a seminar in Northampton with Sensei Roy Jerry Hobbs in 2002. Here we got an introduction to Dentokan Iai Jutsu, and I found it very interesting. Back then I practised with a bokken (wooden sword). Since then I have bought a steel blade Katana from Fighter Sport(copy of course) to practise with. But it is not sharpened. (I'm not that good... :) I have tried to remember the Iai Jutsu katas, but since I haven't had anyone to train with, I don't remember too many... |
