This is a great place to get a tattoo. It is in the center of Oslo. And they have great artists. This was where I got my Karate Do tattoo. :)
Also a great tattoo artist. He did the kanji I have on my neck. Works in Harstad and also in Ski. Sometimes he even visits Oslo. :)
