A year and a half after the release of their duet album "in the presence of nothing", lilys have resurfaced in Philadelphia, PA where they have been laying low, playing out , and recording their new ep *a brief history of amazing letdowns*.

Guided by the able hands of producer Adam "Red" Lasus, lilys emerged from Studio Red with an ep of incredibly crafted pop songs. Pour Dinosaur Jr., Pavement, My Bloody Valentine and the Beatles in a blender and you begin to approach the sounds on *a brief history of amazing letdowns*.
