There are so many things that she's unsure of. So many questions, and no answers. Wishing she was still with the women, regreting her decision to reject the advice of the kind women. Feeling the tirdness come apon her she sat down. Automatically, she knew that was a bad idea, but to late, becuas she already did it,Knowing if she sat down now, she would be giving in to what ever power held her captive, she had to make her self get up, and continue on her way. The stairs keeped going, so, she keeped going. " I wonder if these stairs will ever stop at some point." She want them to stop. So suddenly, she came to a dead end. " What's going on? Theres nothing here, but a wall!" A voice answerd her, you asked for the staris to stop. So they did. Now what are you going to do?" "Who said that???!!!" but no one answerd her. Again, she yelled "who said that?" once again, no one answeard her. "Hey!!!!! I'm starting to get mad here!! You guys keep disapearing on me when I need to aks you questions!! That's not right. It's not fair!! You people have the upper hand. You have powers that I don't have. So you could do what ever you want to me, and I wouldn't be able to stop you. So is it soooo hard that you can't answer simple questions? DO you hear me?? What's a matter? To chicken to answear me? Is that it? Your just scared??!!!" She goaded, but no reply was heard. The silence angerd her even more. Sighing heavily she sat down on the steps with a thud. Trying to figure out what she wanted to do. She didn't want to go all the way back up those steps, but she didn't want to stay here either. Pondering this, she rememberd what the voice had said about why the stairs had stopped. He said that it was because of what she wanted. So it was only logical that if she wanted them to stop, then if she wanted them to continue, they would do that also. Deciding to give it a try she said out loud " I want the stairs to continue on. To go back to just the way they were." The wall that blocked her from continuing on, started to swirl into non-existence. The stairs had come back. She started to walk, but then noticing for the first time after, the stairs were no longer made out of brick, but out of shiny black marble, that sparkeled with the girls reflection. She gasped in surprise. "When did the stairs become marble?" Expecting a voice to answear her, sence it had last time she asked a question that was not in anger; but no voice was heard. Sence she didn't have an answear she decided to keep going. She would ask the women when she found her.
" I wonder what place this is.....? Surley It can't be heaven, but neither is it part of this world. The world could not be as beautiful as this..." Her voice trailing off as bittersweat memories started flowing back into her head. These memories for the most part were not pleasent, and she had no wish to dwell on them. Except for a few, she blocked the rest out. People had always wonderd how she blocked things out so easily. She always laughed when this question was asked. If they only knew the pain that went along with it, they would never have asked. At times the headaches would be to much to bear, and emotionall pain that you get before, during and after you block them is just to much to bear at times. You have pain before, because the memories, hurt you. Hurts during, because you have to use your brain in a way it does not like to be uses, and it hurts after because of the combined two. It's both physical and emotional pain. Both are not pleasent. She shudderd at the thought. Already her head was pounding. It didn't hurt as much as it usually did because she was able to catch the thoughts before they actually were able to get to her. This was good. She was becoming more talented at this with every passing day.
She found the stair way coming to an end, a door was open. Not hesitating even for a second, she entered the room. The room was dark, but she could sence a presence there. Unsure if she should continue on or turn back, she stoped. The room was slowly becoming filled with a light mist. Slowly she was able to see the room, and various figures running back and forth. Were they humans? Gone wild? What type of place is this?? Looking a bit more closly, she astablished that they were not humans, but some sort of animal.
Fear griped her as she realized that they were wolfs. Not just ordinary wolves, but the woves that were pictured on the door. The mist was rising up from the water fall, and just like the picture depicted, there were wolves on either side. Mothers, and there cubs were splasing around in the water. The cubs more so then the mothers, the mothers spent more time trying to catch dinner for there family.
The girl, unsure of what to do, stood there. Waiting to see if they would attack. Althought she didn't think that they would attack. Because the vibes that she feelt from them was peacfull ones. Slowly, cautiosly, she walked over towards one of the rocks that emerged up from the ground over by the waterfall. Soft moss coverd it, making it comfterable for her to sit on. She sat there very still. Even thought she was very sure that the wolves would not harm her, she didn't want to take any chances around the baby cubs, because you never knew what a mother would do if she thought some one was going to hurt her baby(s). She sat for a while, she was in no hurry. Closing her eyes, and let the steam from the water warm her frozen body. She felt a small toung licking her hand, opening her eyes to see a small white cub, licking her. It was so cute. The girl sat there, very still so not to scare the baby away. Soon other cubs came over to sniff this new person, the mothers followed suit. Wanting to make sure this strange animal was not a threat to them or there children.
