I am not naturally good at drawing. Most of the artwork i did took hours and hours of staring, editing, hair-pulling, etc. This was one of them. The project was actually to make a book cover. As you may have guessed, i am a Phantom Fan. =) The book by Susan Kay is also one of my favorite novels.

Lilian would be very happy one day if any publisher asks to use this as the bookcover!!! ;)

Anyhow. The picture itself is about 11" x 14". Most of it was drawn, cut and pasted on (Much less grieve this way! ...Anyone who've worked with me on anything art-sy knows I can't stand unintentional non-uniform colouring.). The airbrush effects on the nightingale didn't turn out on the scanner unfortunately.
