Sorry, but I don't know that much about the Seiryuu seishi yet. So I won't have that much stuff on them. Also, the pictures aren't too clear. I had to cut and paste them, then enlarge them. ^.^; There will be better pictures in the gallery. One more thing. I got the Constellations of the seishi from Tomo no Miko's site. Thanks! ^^

Seiryuu:
God of War, Water, and Kutou. (In the manga, it's called Qu-Dong) I think if you translate it into English, Seiryuu means "blue dragon." Or it could be young dragon. Take your pick, but I'm pretty sure it's blue. And if you translate it in Japanese, it should be "blue dragon." If I'm wrong, please tell me! Seiryuu was the third God to be summoned.
Yui Hongo:
Priestess of Seiryuu and Miaka's antagonist. Yui and Miaka were once best friends, but because of a major misunderstanding, that leads up to even more, the two become enemies. Yui is smart, beautiful, (she cut her hair because of all the attention she was receiving from boys in 8th grade.) and talented. For example, she can speak English! Pretty good, considering it is Japan and everything. Seiryuu devours Yui because she has a weak will. Part of the reason why that happened was that the Seiryuu Constellations came to her, instead of her trying to find them. However, Miaka uses her first wish to bring Yui back to life.
My Own Opinion of Her:
I've always liked Yui more than Miaka because she's not as girlish and everything. (Can you tell I'm a tomboy?) But yes, that's not what I mean. The first book I read was Oracle: #2. Yui seemed really nice in it, unlike Miaka, who depended so much on the other seishi. Plus, Yui is deeper than Miaka. Her experiences in the book are more tramautic. But as I read more into the series, I got kind of annoyed, because you could see that Miaka was really sorry about the whole mess. However, I don't like either mikos too much so yeah...
Nakago:
Name in the Anime: Gi Ayuru
Power: Chi blasting
Age: 23
Seishi Symbol: Heart
Constellation: Scorpius
Additional Info: Nakago is of the Hin clan. When he was twelve years old, Kutou attacked his people and raped his mother in front of him. Ayuru lost control and accidentally activated his Seiryuu powers, killing all the soldiers (or maybe just 5) and his mother. When the emperor of Kutou found out about him, he ordered him to stay at the palace. I have a fanfic about Nakago when he's about seventeen, but it's not posted yet. Basically, it's about why he hates Soi and Tamahome so much. Nakago seems more evil than he actually is. He is the General of the Seiryuu Seven. Of the Suzaku Seven, he killed Hotohori and indirectly Mitsukake. He also killed Tamahome, but he (Tamahome) was brought back to life so it doesn't really count. Of the Seiryuu Seven, he killed Ashitare. <_<
Amiboshi:
Name in Anime: Bu Koutoku
Power: Chi manipulation through his flute
Age:15
Seishi Symbol: High Spirits
Constellation: Virgo
Additional Info: Amiboshi and Suboshi are twins. Their parents were killed during a war when the two were younger. This is the main reason why Amiboshi pretends to be Chiriko in the fifth and sixth books. He "dies" in the sixth book, Summoning, forcing Yui and the other Seiryuu Seven to go on a quest for the Shinzaho. Later on in the series, he reappears as Kaika, but this time, he has lost all memories of his past life. He saves Miaka from a giant weasel (could be something else) and regains his memories when he transfers some of his life chi to her. (Another reason why I dislike her. Everything happens because of her.) However, this alerts Nakago that Amiboshi is still alive.
Suboshi:
Name in Anime: Bu Shunkaku
Power: Can control his Ryuuseisui (Shooting Star Plumb Bomb) with his chi. (I could have his weapon wrong. Sorry about that. ^.^;)
Age: 15
Seishi Symbol: Angle
Constellation: Virgo
Additional Info: Suboshi is the more fiery of the twins. He is also more reckless, but he'll kill to protect Amiboshi. He proves this when he kills Tomo, one of his fellow Seiryuu Seven, to protect his brother, Amiboshi. Suboshi is in love with Yui, while Amiboshi loves Miaka. Because of this, he feeds Amiboshi kodoku, a memory-losing memory. Suboshi is the one who kills Tamahome's family. He is later killed by the children, who hold him down to prevent his ryuuseisui from killing Tamahome back in the real world.
Soi:
Name in Manga: Bai Hua-Wan
Name in Anime: Haku Kaen
Power: Can manipulate the weather and also sexually increase a person's chi level.
Age: 19
Seishi Symbol: Tassel
Constellation: Scorpius
Additional Info: Soi is the only girl on the Seiryuu side. She is in love with Nakago. Her family sold her as a prostitute when she was young because of her powers. At around the age of twelve, Nakago saved her, which is why she's in love with him. Soi was killed by Tasuki during the war between Kutou and Konan. That's when he realized that Soi truly cared about him.
My Own Opinion of Her
Soi is one of my favorite Seiryuu characters because although she's not very nice to Miaka and the others, she has a nice side to her. She pities Ashitare and tries to stop Nakago from whipping him, gets along with Tomo as long as Nakago's not there (Tomo doesn't like Soi much though), and she's gone through a lot of hardships in her life, yet manages to be so strong. I also like her power. XDDD (Lightning... man, using Lightning is pretty cool ^^)
Ashitare:
Name in Anime: ???? (I don't think they mention it... v.v)
Power: Can change into a wolf and back. He can also be half-wolf, half-man.
Age: 34
Seishi Symbol: Tail
Constellation: Scorpius
Additional Info: Ashitare first appears in the eighth book. He kills Nuriko, which is one reason why he's so unpopular with people. Also, he's a cannibal. -.- He can turn into a wolf, although I've only seen the wolf picture in jpgs. He dies in the 8th book after being killed by Nakago. -.- He also stole the Genbu Shinzaho from Miaka.
Tomo:
Name in Manga: Luo Jun
Name in Anime: Since he was adopted, they don't give his real name. However, his adopted name is Ruo Chuin.
Power: Telekinesis and illusions with his "shin" clam.
Age: 21
Seishi Symbol: Root
Constellation: Libra
Additional Info: Tomo is the favorite of Seiryuu. (The way you can tell is by the color of their eyes. All the ones who have gold eyes are the favorites of their God. For example, Hikitsu is the favorite of Genbu.) He is an actor for a Chinese opera, which explains why he always uses make-up. This is also because girls think he's pretty and he's homosexual. He and Soi are always fighting over Nakago. He and Soi actually work together pretty well, but only when Nakago's not around. Tomo is cruel and loves to torture people. There is one episode in which you see him without his make-up. It's the one in which he traps Miaka in an illusion of her own world, and he was the boy she had always liked. Tomo always underestimates his enemies, which is why Suboshi was able to kill him. He comes back in the OAV, being reborn by Tenkou right when Seiryuu was summoned. However, he used the body of a young girl instead of having his own.
Mi: (the "boshi" is just added for respect.)
Name in Anime: ??? No idea. They don't give his name since the monk body isn't his real one. He just possessed it.
Power: The ability to possess people and summon demons with his rattle.
Seishi Symbol: Basket
Constellation: Sagittarius
Additional Info: Mi is the Advisor for the Seiryuu Seven and Chiriko's opponent. Along with Chiriko, he also killed Tatara of the Byakkou Constellations. No one knows what he really looks like because he is really a spirit hundreds of years old. Interesting, huh? He has a little spindle thing that he uses to summon demons, which is what Chiriko used to kill himself.
