Simon Thierry, the hot headed Justicar of the Nosferatu is well known for bouts of extreme violence and frenzied rage. in fact the only reason he is still a Justicar is his pure aptitude. The guy is GOOD at what he does. In his time as Justicar he has hunted down 3 kinder who have been declared anathema. He has retaken Toronto from the Sabbatt, fought off a major anarch revolt in LasVegas, crushed a plot to assassinate the Nosferatu Prince of Brussles and negotiated peace between East & West Berlin, all in ten short years.
Justicar Thierry took some heat for his violence against Johann Rydell Prince of Toronto. Even though it was beyond the legal rights of the Justicar, no one blamed Thierry for his actions. Afterall it was the Nosferatu who retook the city. Thierry is known to have a severe dislike for Toronto. Whether it be for harboring his estranged childer Victoria Von Houston, repeated personal insults to him and his clan, or a general disrespect from the Kindred in the city. He just plain HATES Toronto.
In recent months Thierry's particular dislike for Kharlamov resulted in another illegal action, where in Thierry stripped the North American Warlord of his position. It is rumoured that this particular action was well planned to force the Warlord to call the conclave in which Orville Godhew was himself Red listed. After all a Justicar has to publicly watch out for the interest of his own clan and could not call such a conclave himself.
