Slipper is a mystery to say the least. He is accepted into the kindred society of Toronto but almost nothing is known about him. What is known about him is he�s Irish and admits to being from Galway. His appearance is strange as he is not one of the walking dead it seems. His living, breathing appearance defies the standards of the typical society of Vampires. But despite this he has the trust of the Prince, Dr. Kharn. He has been made the Harpy of Toronto and was the only officer appointed at the first gathering after Kharn declared himself Prince.
What clan or organisation he works for is unknown. What his purpose is is equally unknown. He is known to have contact with Marcus the former Scourge and he has been otherwise a reclusive soul. He is typically seen at the gatherings carrying a newspaper (the Toronto Sun) and will gladly offer those around him sweets to munch on. He is always declined in this offer. When asked his opinion he gives it straight out and doesn�t conform to the politically correct attitudes prevailing these days. At the announcement that Dr. Kharn declared himself Prince Slipper asked his position on the new Same Sex marriage situation in the Province.
