| - Clan Gangrel - Scourge - Came to Toronto (January, 2004) I am not driven by hatred, I am not driven by fear, I am not driven my duty, honour, or any rationale. All that remains is retribution; cold, hard and final..... - Adrian Raymant Little is known about the Gangrel known as Adrian Raymant, but if one word could sum up this enigmatic Kindred it would be: Creepy! Although everyone he meets believes they have met him before, all are most certainly disturbed by him. He suddenly appeared in Toronto in January of 2004. Upon his arrival, Adrian claimed to hail from the Anarch Free-State. Rumours have crept up slowly behind him, rumours that imply that he made be the mysterious Ghost of the Coast, the Saint of Assassins, master of contract killings for organized crime on the west coast of the United States. Although no evidence actually links him (or anyone else) to literally dozens of gangland hits, the complete lack of evidence is the only proof that the Ghost even exists. However, there have been a few vampires that have vanished since his arrival in Toronto.. Although quickly moving to support the Camarilla rule of Dr. DeAMoN KhaRN, Adrian only recently came to position within the city. During a bid for power, Adrian supported the Ravnos Sheriff, Draco, against the Tremere. Upon becoming Magistrate Draco quickly rewarded Adrian with the position of Sheriff. However, this posting was to be short lived. Within the few months since his arrival massive numbers of unacknowledged Kindred have begun arriving in Toronto, shortly after which Adrian was re-appointed to the somewhat dubious station of Scourge. There are some that doubt Adrians ability to maintain such an office, having backed down from many fights at Elysium. But, there is something about him that suggests he may have martial abilities that no one has guessed at. In any case, woe betides the person, living or undead, that finally crosses him in unrestricted environments. In the end no one really knows Adrian Raymant, and thats just the way he likes it (if he is even capable of such an emotion). No-one knows his background, agenda, or even what hes up to at any given moment. In any case, this Kindred certainly bears watching. |
