Mr. Ash and Albert Collins came to Toronto in March of 2003. They are renowned negotiators and retrieval specialists, if there is something you want back, they can get it. Although intimidating from time to time, they seem to get along with the majority of their fellow Kindred. They have been known to turn to extreme methods from time to time. Mr. Ash and Albert Collins have always been a kind of Jekyll and Hyde. One, ready to jump into an argument or fight every few minutes, scarcely thinking of the consequences. While the other, a more reserved intellectual. Scarcely have they been seen apart.
Their progression through city politics was almost immediate. The very night the two attended their first gathering in the city, Mr. Ash claimed the position of Sheriff and immediately appointed Collins as his deputy. Shortly after Mackenzie's disappearance though, and the Regents' being placed in a position of power, they gave up their positions in distaste for the city's politics. Once the city was returned to it's proper structure and Kharn took Prince, Ash and Collins decided to stay out of the limelight and not strive for their former positions. They continue their businesses privately and remain retrieval specialists.
It has been rumoured that the two deal heavily in the City's Underworld, controlling the majority of the city's underground fighting rings and drug negotiations. They have been known to maintain their negotiating positions between several underworld powerhouses.
