This is the second time I've read your story and I can't help but picture a group of self-centered, spoiled delinquent teenagers in adult bodies.
As an ex-JW I'm not trapped by the need to defend the Witnesses, but no matter what religious or social gathering is involved such behavior is childish.
I guess I could go to a meeting of homosexuals and disrupt it with childish pranks such as offering my own comments such as how almost all homosexuals were sexually abused as children and were thus obviously messed up in the head -- or how most homosexuals foster secret fantasies of having sex with children because it takes them back to the source of their own sexual orientation. That kind of rude behavior mirrors that of your group.
Others probably disagree with me, but that is how I view your behavior at this time.
