In truth, I think I was making a statement more about Jim's maturity and the maturity of his friends then about the appropriateness of his actions. Recently, I've been very frustrated by the lack of maturity of another close to me -- it is as if that person stopped growing mentally at about age 12-14. I think it is just the inner teenager in me fed up with spoiled, emotionally arrested delinquints.
And in response to someone saying I'm a self-righteous $#@&$^&
judging others, I'll simply say that I'd judge teenagers harrassing elderly people the same way. Their behavior may be harmless, but there is something very wrong with their minds.
