I agree with you that leaving the board is not the answer to the difficulties that H2O has been going through. I also know that Covert will be back, with or without permission from the administrators. The only real thing that the administrators can do is stop him from using Covert as his name. It would be unfortunate if he was not able to post as Covert, but this is not enough reason for Cygnus to quit the board.

I am in complete agreement to this point.

I am not so sure about this, I think that Rick has his own agenda, which is his right as webmaster. I'm not entirely sure it includes XJWs. Actually, I have not DA'ed or been DF'ed, because I do not wish to cause extra grief to my elderly JW grandmother, who is upset enough that we no longer go to the KH. Would I ever return? I can't imagine it, but my imagination has failed me before. In any case, I do not think that I am what Rick had in mind when he started H2O, or that he would be in any way upset if I went away.

I think that you have polarized this issue more than the facts would warrant. Covert is outspoken, but Rick can turn the occasional insulting phrase. Of course, I am biased, in that I find myself agreeing with Covert. I would suggest that the same might be true of you, in relation to Ricks' positions. No one was innocent last night, Rick and Covert went toe to toe.

Rick will be back (I hope), and Covert will also (one way or another).
A final comment. I hope that our new webmaster will soon share their views on the M 14 issue that was the ultimate cause of most of Ricks' aggravation. Removing M14 would clear the way for Ricks speedy return, in my opinion. What are your thoughts on this?
