There is no need to debate that issue because you have taken Rick�s words waaaayyyy out of context.
Rick did not call those who oppose the WTS for doctrinal reasons "rabid". He called "rabid" someone that said they would convince people the WTS was wrong even if the WTS had been proven 100% right. Was he wrong in that conclusion?
Rick did not call those who oppose the WTS for doctrinal reasons "hypocrites". Rick called "hypocrites" those who believe that scanned NIV related letter would do a grave disservice to JWs by convincing them the NWT is correct in using the Divine Name. Was he wrong in that conclusion?

I do not discourage you from replying to this post. But, if you do, please think carefully about what you say. You cannot deny that Rick has demonstrated extraordinary composure, endurance and self-control while administering this board. You cannot deny that we all owe him more than the ordinary notion of loyalty.
