Have you volunteered any of your time as a moderator? If not I suggest that you do so before asserting anything about the business of being a moderator on this site. Before criticizing others you should first experience what it feels like to do your conscientious best at providing moderation based upon the FPP only to be immaturely called every known contemptuous school yard name.

Will you volunteer to work as a moderator and contribute precious time to maintenance of this site?
