The board does say "for positive" discussion, so in a "vague" way they do say what kind of interest they expect.
I also agree with you on the general consensus, I guess it is obvious what the majority think. But I think it is up to h2o to deal with the problem. If they are not going to remove the moderator, then that tells me something.
If Moderator 14 were the only moderator, then I would say just sampling known violators of the FPP is unfair, but he is one of dozens of moderators and can't possibly read every post. I don't know why he is the only one moderating, seems to me that Rick has made several pleas on the forum for moderators to be more active.
I think we agree on many points, except I believe it is up to h20 to decide how they want their board moderated. I think M14 will only answer to private e-mails with h2o admin. Again speculation on my part, but it doesn't seem possible that he is going to engage in discussions about his moderating techniques with every poster who approaches him.
