Gary, it was not an "edict" or a "declaration", in 1947, it was a proposal, and it was from the U.N. I have no information that it was in the fall. Should we expect that nothing whatever would happen with regard to the Jews in Palestine in 1947? They had been moving in for decades. But the official state of Israel was not established in just "the spring", it was May 14th, 1948. It wasn't the spring equinox or something. The only possible relevance of chronology would be, maybe, to identify God's messenger. But if they don't qualify in any other way, if in fact, God's messengers never used chronology to identify themselves, then it has no relevance to moral goodness, a relationship with God, or anything eternal. This sort of numerology is no more relevant to truth than "The Bible Code" of which I'm sure you've heard. We can find patterns in anything, but rationality and sanity are not so easily achieved.
