>The Dead Sea Scrolls revealed that Exodus and Samuel (including first and second)had been substantially changed, including in
content. Analysis of the Scrolls caused scholars to conclude that the canon of the Hebrew scriptures was not
determined until
100 C.E.. Prior to the Scrolls the oldest manuscripts dated to 1000 C.E.
What 'scholars'? That's your scholars personal OPINIONS, correct?
I quote from Eerdman's handbook:
ALL of the later manuscripts agree
CLOSELY with these 9th century texts, which is a testimony to the remarkable care taken by the scribes who copied out the Hebrew texts.
Even the fragmentary texts are of very great value in confirming the faithful way in which text was
transmitted. These finds give us added confidence that it was preserved through earlier periods with equal care. This is not without problems, where the text is uncertain, the editor or translator has to be guided by what is most
likely.
You seem to have the tendency to see any evidence regarding scripture in a negative light. The Dead Sea scrolls brought our evidence back by 1000 years! Finds of biblical quotes on pottery, though rare, have confirmed the biblical texts from Hebrew scriptures also.
