Any child moving into the Grovetown district for the first time must be registered in the school office. Parents need to bring the following:
- Completed Georgia 3-Point Form #3300 (eye, ear, dental)
- The Georgia Immunization Form #3032
- Birth Certificate
- For children who have attended school before, the last report card from the child's previous school is essential.
- Social Security number is needed for all children.
Pre-K Registration Children are eligible for enrollment in Pre-Kindergarten if they have reached their 4th birthday by September 1.
Kindergarten Registration Children are eligible for enrollment in Kindergarten if they have reached their 5th birthday by September 1.
First Grade Registration Children are eligible for enrollment in 1st grade if they have reached their 6th birthday by September 1.
Registration Card – A registration card on each student is kept on file in the office. Please advise the office of any change in home, work, or emergency phone numbers.
