Dear Homeowners:

A big thanks to all the Liberty Hills homeowners who have paid their association dues. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

We have had a huge response to our last newsletter.

 The funds collected will used to maintain the common areas between the Liberty Hills sign and Madison Street and to pay expenses such as insurance, post office box fees, attorneys and registration fees. With the help and approval of all the board members, the budget formulated was based upon a $60.00 dues and 100% participation. It is imperative that we collect all assessments if we are to accomplish our goals.

Dues of $60.00 per year equates to only $5.00 a month. When compared to other associations in the area, this is very cheap. Financial statements will be provided to any homeowner upon request.

If you have not already paid your dues for 2007, please mail your payment today to:
P. O. Box 298, Grovetown, GA 30813.  Dues for 2007 are due on March 15, 2007.
