About…

      Alfonso is a dormitory exclusively for girls located at 747 T. Alfonso St., Sampaloc, Manila, hence its name. It is the main “life-support” of the Liberty House Scholarship Program. It offers bed-space to female students or office workers in the area of Sampaloc, Manila. It is composed of four halls: the first and second floor south (1S and 2S), the first and second floor north (1N and 2N), plus the partly separated 1N Front and 1S Front. It accommodates boarders at rates lower than the usual bed-spacing cost (Php 1,300 to 1,700 per month inclusive of Php 160 for electric and Php 140 for the water consumptions). At an estimated net monthly income of Php25,000.00, it provides enough sustenance for Liberty House's water and electrical Bills.

Location

       Alfonso is just walking distance from the Liberty House. It is strategic for students because it is near the 

“University Belt” area of Manila. The dormitory is also perfect for reviewees who want a place conducive for them 

to concentrate on their review. Furthermore, it is relatively accessible to the major workplace areas such as Quezon 

City, Makati City, and Pasig City.

Facilities

       For the comfort of the boarders, appliances such as 14” television sets, refrigerators, and gas stoves are pro-

vided by the management. The boarders could bring in their other appliances as long as they pay for their excess

electric consumption.
