General Comments
1) The sooner students buy their tickets, the sooner the committee
knows how many activities they can plan (and pay for). Encourage kids to
buy their tickets early. It's to their advantage.
2) A few students lost their tickets. We made them look really hard
for them, made them beg a little, then issued a new ticket. Don't make
it too easy, because word will get out that they don't have to be careful.
3) Camelot Park needs the following information for each student: name,
address, phone number, birthdate, parent's name. Hound the kids until they
provide every bit of this information.
4) Students may sign their own permission slip if they are 18 or older.
A permission slip MUST be in our hands before they can board the bus.
