 1.1 PRODUCT DESCRIPTION JAWS

Master Diner catering and delivery offer as a different kinds of viand with vegetable and 1 meat viand like fish, pork, beef, or chicken with rice and drinks. This meal will be known as “Jaws combo meal”.

JAWS Master Diner also offer breakfast meal cause we believe that breakfast is the body refueling time after 8-12 hours of sleep without food, the body energy levels will fallen. It needs to maintain normal glucose levels to energize the body. Breakfast means “Breaking the fast”; this first means is crucial because it helps refueling the body and brain with energy and nutrients, after a night long sleep. We offer also pastries, cakes for special occasions. And promo for special occasion also catering and delivery will also a service that JAWS offer.

1. 2 DEMAND ANALYSIS

Demand for a product represents the needs of the consumer and their willingness and capability to pay for the product. The increasing for the food services to brought about by the large number of career women and the gradual industrialization. Furthermore the increasing food services is due to the general high level of business, large number of working families and a limited facilities in small houses, apartments, boarding house, bed spacer and office worker they just order instead to cook for their self. 1.3 SUPPLY ANALYSIS

In analyzing the supply of catering and food services, the proponents take into consideration the existing of different restaurant in Alabang and the nearby towns. The proponents determine few that are considered to be close or direct competitors. Although there is a big number of a food source in Alabang some contemplate at food service only and some focus on catering services only but the proponents restaurant offer both food services, like dine-in , take out, delivery and also catering services. Because of these, their still exist a percentage of unsupplied demand.

 

1.4 DEMAND – SUPPLY ANALYSIS

The projected demand and supply for the years 2007-2011 in Table 6 for food and catering services respectively. There exist a gap between the supply and demand for food and catering services as shown in Table 6.

Our proposed business is different because even it is a restaurant it has affordable prices that our customer will surely like.

Before the grand opening of “JAWS Master Diner” the owners and their employee will be giving flyers to the people in Alabang. We also post some poster in order to market our business.
