Caddo Copper Penny

Caddo Copper Penny has already earned her individual Legion of Merit award. Owned and shown by the Tanner family, she rides and drives and excels at both! Caddo Copper Penny was also ranked 5th in the nation in 2003 in Junior Driving, and is a Supreme Champion in halter. She has many local, regional and national titles.

Divide's Time Two Tango

Foaled in 2002, Divides Time Two Tango is a section B gelding, a carbon copy of his sire, right down to the super temperament. Tango is the 2005 Region 9 Champion Young Pony, and as of 2006 is showing in performance classes as well. Congratulations to owner Sarah Wright on her successes with this lovely gelding.

Divide's Picaboo

Divide's Picaboo was foaled in 2002 and is owned by Sarah Wright. "Boo" made her show debut as a yearling and was handled entirely by Hunter, age 4. Boo showed in halter and leadline obstacle (above center.)  She made her leadline debut with now owner Alaina, age 4 months, at the Gulf Coast Fall Welsh Show in 2004. We don't see very many other 2 year olds in leadline but Boo has the "Hooch" temperament! Alaina (now age 2) and Boo spend countless hours playing "horse show" at home and sharing watermelon.  Boo recently made her Intro level dressage debut with Laura Fiztgerald (age 9).  The rider, owner, and pony are shown above!

Divide's Freedom Spirit

Foaled in 2003, Spirit is a buckskin colt out of a palamino QH mare. Hooch did a great job shortening his back and adding refinement to his conformation.  Spirit was started under saddle in 2006.  Look for him to make his show debut in 2007.

Excel's Walk on Water

This filly is a lovely bay with good movement and great hocks. She is by Hooch out of a registered QH mare, and he did a super job refining her conformation and adding suspension to her trot. Halo is shown above left at 3 weeks of age and she began her show career in hand as a 6 month old with 12 year old owner Erica of San Antonio, shown at right.

 Fancy's All That

Shown on the day of birth at right and at 4 months at left, this Section B colt is "All That!" With 4 whites and a blaze, he will stand out in the show ring. For more photos visit www.fancyponies.com.

Excel's Upper Class

Shown at 3 days and one month, Uppity is a bay filly is out of Excel's First Class (3/4 Welsh, 1/4 TB). She is a very typey Welsh with 3 good gaits and lots of chrome. Uppity will be representing Hooch on the east coast with her new owners at Wild Irish Farm in Massachusetts.

Cloud's Little Rascal

This absolutely lovely bay colt is a 2005 model out of an appaloosa mare who is owned by Anna Otto. She sensibly wanted to breed a smaller horse for her child and was looking for a stallion with good temperament. We were disappointed to see no appaloosa markings on the foal, but are still hopeful they will come out later! Other than that, he is just as ordered, and quite a character also!

Divide's Power Two the Flowers

Divides Power Two the Flowers is a 2002 section B filly. Daisy won her class at the Gulf Coast Welsh Pony Show in 2004 and was named Junior Champion under one judge. She placed second in spring, 2004 to Gail Thompson's well presented mare. Daisy is a real pocket pony, that was started under saddle in 2005 and began her performance career in 2006. Look for Daisy in the hunter classes in 2007.

Divide's Two To Tango

"Deuce" is a 2001 section B gelding.  He is now back with Dividing Ridge Farm and is destined to be a star.  He was shown in the western divisions with a 12 year old rider in the summer of 2006 and will be showing in the hunters in 2007 with Hunter.  He has super form over the jumps and is a barn favorite!

Tango's Dixie Lee

Congratulations to Carole Gillett on her first Championship with Tango's Dixie Lee at the Gulf Coast Spring Welsh Show in 2005. He continues to show well and we are looking forward to seeing "Mac" continue his winning ways! Update, November, 2006: "Mac" is currently fifth in the nation in Section B colts! Wow!
