| A. QUALIFICATIONS: 1. be a bonafide student of an institution of higher learning in Metro Manila, except for members of chapters in Leyte, Samar and Biliran.. 2. Come from or be able to trace his or her roots to Leyte, Samar or Biliran. 3.Believe in the principles of the organization. 4. Must pass the tests of dedication and service required from every neophyte seeking admission to the organization: a. written test. b. do traffic for 1 month. c. final initiation (100 paddles for boys; 50 paddles for girls) B. REQUIREMENTS: 1. Have the mark or tatak on the right place. A member may refuse to do the alliance to someone who claims to be the member but does not have such mark. 2. Know the alliance. 3. Stay in the tambayan when he or she does not have classes or any other school activities. C. IDENTIFICATION CARDS: Each LeySam member in good standing shall be issued a card identifying him or her as a member of the organization. D. ALMUNI/ALUMNAE The organization shall honor and recognize all LeySam alumni/alumnae of chapters from different universities, colleges, and technical schools or those who were personally recruited by officers or members from non-member schools. |
