| The organizations of students from Leyte and Samar in various institutions of higher learning in the National Capital Region of the Philippines, in order to establish a Council that shall embody our ideals, protects our rights, promote our welfare, foster solidarity and unity among us, work for the advancement of our goals and aspirations based on justice, freedom and democracy do hereby show you about the basic asked question regarding our organization. |
| NATURE OF THE ORGANIZATION NAME- The Leyte-Samar Student Organization (hereafter referred to as LeySam) is an organization of Leyteno and Samareno students residing in Metro Manila and Bound together by mutual feelings of brotherhood and sisterhood and the desire to uplift the educational, spiritual, social, and moral interests of each member(in particular) and the organization(in general). |
| SEAL The Seal of LeySam shall be an image of the San Juanico Bridge and of two hands clasped together to indicate the unity and friendship among Leyteno and Samareno students. |
| DOMICILE The LeySam Council shall establish its office in Metro Manila at a place to be designated by the Executive Board. Each LeySam Chapter shall establish its own office(TAMBAYAN). |
