One topic that I am highly interested in is encouraging people world wide to conserve fuel and energy. To conserve fuel, one should strive to be an "ideal driver." The top five characteristics of an idea driver are listed below. The Ideal Driver: 1. Never drives unless it is necessary 2. Always focuses on driving safely 3. Obeys traffic laws 4.
