A frequent #Toronto chatter ‘George K’, sued several fellow IRCers for $200,000 CND for defamation and slander.

Websites were published indicating he was a pedophile. Proceeding this, GeorgeK, a then operator, was banned from entering #toronto.

GeorgeK decided to pursue charges relating to slander and defamation since his own business that had a web presence could be effected.
