The Many "Faces" of Wisdom
I am a married woman, over 40 and have 3 children, 3 step children and one adorable grandchild..
My oldest child is known as Hood.. A first time mom with an adorable little girl who acts just like she did. She is courageous, independant and beautiful. She works full time and takes care of my granddaughter. A natural mom!
My next oldest is Rose... Working full time and loving on a good man.She is planning on going back to college and wants to enter the communications field. Loves softball, reading, crafts and I expect her to end up writing the "Great American Novel".
My Youngest is "boy"...High Schooler with very definate ideas. He has tested Gifted and Talented. He is facinated with military actions, chess, anything Japanese, loves manga and video games.
My oldest stepson Ash. He is the original "unknown quantity". A bright kid, but at the age when your parents know nothing.
My second oldest stepson is also a high schooler A sweet kid and cute as all get out! He will grow up to be a real heartthrob.
My youngest stepson is no longer young. Another high schooler thats full of energy and all boy.

I am an Account Manament Specialist for a major telephone company and I like my job. ;c) I spent 7 yrs in Security work but decided I needed a real job with real money so I moved to payroll. I was a payroll specialist for 4 years until the company downsized. I enjoy Football (go Chiefs)and Curling but am an Avid Dallas Stars Hockey Fan! I love reading and some of my favorite authors are Terry Pratchett,Piers Anthony, Issac Asimov, Orson Scott Card, Pearl S Buck, Barry Hughart, Harry Turtledove, Vladimir Nabokov, Juvenal and JR Tolkein. (so who's perfect?!?)I enjoy auto mechanics and sewing. Love to hike in the woods, swim, watch old movies (favorite is *The Good Earth* and *Highlander*) and playing with my kids and grand kids. I play all sorts of games and enjoy puzzles.. Ready Mix is my passion but I enjoy word games of all sorts. I also write (bad to mediocre) poetry which you can view by clicking here...
