First of all and very important is that this project is NON PROFIT at all. The only money that a person who wants the cd has to spend is on buying a
cd-r and postage to send the cd to the distributour and for him to send it back. As for the agreement of the band: Pedro Pereira met Tom Barman after a concert in Portugal, the project was already running so he asked Tom what he thought about the whole idea. And Tom said it would be OK, the band wouldn't mind at all. Of course we don't have a signed paper of Tom and the band saying it is ok for us to do this and most likely is that Tom doesn't remind that conversation now. But the fact is that we are not harming or stealing or ripping anyone we are playing songs from a band that we all love and they make these songs for us otherwise they wouldn't do it at all, right?!
