Task
You will be working in a group of five students. Each of you will be representing the interests of citizens like yourself. You and your group will be conducting a meeting to inform your state government assembly of the issues prior to their ratification vote.
You must represent your point of view. Additionally your group must produce a detailed display that will be presented to the class. The class will function as a state ratification assembly. Your task is to persuade the class to vote as you think they should based on the information that you have learned.
Your group members will represent:
Veteran soldier who fought in the Revolutionary War
Merchant, selling clothing in one of the cities
A banker who is concerned with the inability of the government to gather revenues
Each group member will present to the class
his/her position regarding the important issues resolved which affected the
particular state and its citizens.

You are to maintain the above persona throughout your presentation. Costumes and props may be used. All presentations will be video taped.
