In order to create the two items of this exhibit it was
necessary to analyze my professional growth and to research ways in which
to improve my abilities.
Rationale
My Technology Growth Plan has involved a great deal of reflection that has led to personal professional development. It pointed out several areas that I needed to improve. The plan is updated on a regular basis.

shows the collection and analysis process that has taken place during
the assembly of the portfolio.
