The candidate identifies barriers, then makes appropriate curricular changes after analyzing and evaluating P-12 student development and learning data, using the latest available technology

Introduction

This domain requires that the teacher analyze data gathered from student performances in order to find what is blocking student learning and to find new methods of reaching students. The domain also requires that technology play a part in this process.

Exhibit Explanation

This report illustrates how data was collected and used in my UAP project.

Rationale

The UAP project required that multiple learning problems be addressed. Through the process of data collection it was possible to watch for problems and find ways aroung them.

Self-Evaluation and Reflection

Through this process, I was able to see the advantages to keeping data records and of using them on a regular basis.

How Observed and/or Verified

The collected data is included and the process was observed by my mentor and video taped.

Validation of Student Learning

The exibit graphs illustrate that student learning took place.
