Your parents did not cause you to have ADD, there parenting skills are not to blame

What is it used for? - Ritalin is used to treat ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder)
AD/HD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)
Are there any side affects? - You might not feel hungry, you might feel like you want to be sick, you might have a head or tummy ache
What will it help me to do? - You should be able to concentrate for longer and work better with people.You won't be as HYPER
What if I forget to take a tablet? - Don't worry, just take the next at the correct time. Never double
a dose.
Can other people take my tablets? - NO! The tablets are only for you to use.
Can my tablets be dangerous? - YES, if you stop eating, drinking and if you always feel sleepy
Help with what? - I ask myself
How can it help? What will it do? Will it harm me? Why do I have to take it? Why can't you?!
Yeah go on then, I will take it. Only because nothing else has helped as yet.
By taking this tablet will I at last fit in? Will I have friends? Will I be able to have fun?
Will I be able to have the life I want and not the life you are forcing me to live?
Will I above all be happy?

I don't want to eat, I feel sick, I can't sleep

I can concentrate, at last I can temporarily fit in.
