This contract form applies when the Internet Service Provider
agrees to provide the Merchant with electronic commerce services
(design of a virtual shopping cart, secure payment server accepting
online transactions with credit cards, etc.), in return for good and
valuable consideration. This form comes with detailed specifications
enabling the parties to crystallize easily and clearly the technical
elements of their agreement.
