noodle fritter
Steps
In small saucepan, bring water to boil and cook noodle for 2 minutes. Drain
noodle.
In
a small bowl, beat egg and noodle seasoning until blended. Add dried
noodle and chopped shallots. Mix well.
Heat 2 inches of oil in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Adjust heat
to maintain temperature.
Spoon
1 tablespoon noodle mixture.
Fry mixture, a few pieces at a time, about 3 minutes or until golden brown
on all sides.
With slotted spoon, remove noodle to paper towels to drain.
Serve with sauces.
