noodle fritter

Steps

In small saucepan, bring water to boil and cook noodle for 2 minutes. Drain noodle.

Fritter DoughIn a small bowl, beat egg and noodle seasoning until blended. Add dried noodle and chopped shallots. Mix well.

 

Heat 2 inches of oil in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Adjust heat to maintain temperature.

Fritter SpoonedSpoon 1 tablespoon noodle mixture.

Fry mixture, a few pieces at a time, about 3 minutes or until golden brown on all sides.

With slotted spoon, remove noodle to paper towels to drain.

Serve with sauces.

  • 1 pack instant noodle (any flavours)
  • 1 packet instant noodle seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 spring onions/shallots, chopped
