Each type of business entity has certain advantages and pitfalls.
Your choice of the type of business entity best for you will depend on many factors.
Some of the factors to be considered are: the type of business being conducted; number of owners in the business; the amount of participation of each owner in the operation of business; other investments of the owners of this business; the number of employees; and many others.
Other considerations which may dictate the type of business entity include 'shielding personal assets' from personal liability, or obtaining perks.
