The two main pages on the E.U. website-system that in general give access to the most common information (in English or other language) needed are: (A) An index to most of the institutions in the E.U. Choose tab "Institutions" (in English) and get "How the European Union Works - A citizen's Guide to the EU institutions"; (B) An index to most of the E.U. sub-webpages that in turn provide access to E.U. documents. Choose tab "Documents" (in English) and get "Where to find EU documents - an online library". Direct links to EU material can be found from the website "Finding Law in EU".
Language tools on the European Union website "Translation and Drafting Aids in the European Union Languages".
The E.U. teaching material website gives, among others, a link to audiovisual material and EUtube . Keep up with E.U. news with E.U. television news service on the Internet.
Some guidance on different European countries structure is given from the European Court of Jurtice’s (CVRIA) website on “European Union Law in Europe” (English version), which gives links to:
(A) National and international case law -> Case-law (national and international): (i) Database of case-law of the courts and tribunals of the Member States in the field of Community law (English) (French); (ii) Synthesis of the principal decisions of national courts and tribunals (extract from the Annual Report of the European Commission on monitoring the application of Community law);
(B) National and international legal sites -> Institutional and Legal Internet Sites.
