Height: 6'2 Build: Lean and rather awkward-looking, about like a stiff breeze would knock him over
Hair: tar-and-asphalt black, rumpled and messed to the point that it seems to be developing the type of tangles that can be removed with either scissors or a high pain tolerance, no matter how much combing and moussing and styling the poor guy tries to do every day
Eyes: Black as night, with little flecks of gray at the edges if you look close enough
Clothing style: 40's style clothing, suitcoat, fedora, dress shoes and shirt, and suspenders, all in bright red and blue, well...except that the shoes are brown, most of it disheveled to the point that it looks like it came out of a hamper, even though it is freshly washed and dried
Personal Sigil: kept on a watch chain in his pocket, never taken out of his pocket, and he prefers it that way
Personality Quirks: Unless there is a very good reason (or unless he's been dragged to another one in what seem to be a rather endless line of formal parties, Simon's appearances in Amber tend to be very rare, and much more of his time is spent either in his own personal Shadow or journeying through every other existing Shadow.
Despite being an acknowledged scion of the House of Amber, Simon generally refuses even the appearance of protocol. A quick introduction and maybe a handshake is all the formality he requires, and addressing him as any sort of nobility is more likely to get his mind working on a plot against you rather than flatter him.

Simon was the acknowledged son of Princess Florimel of Amber. He was quite proud of his 30+ volume guide to Shadow and was going to be named as the court Cartographer. Was until he refused to take the loyalty oath, that is. He had been quite vocal in his dislike for Oberon as well as the fact he didn't want to be in Amber. He was killed in a most undignified way: eaten by Talesin (who was in the form of a dragon), after he made his blood curse.
