Gandalf the White's outfit from Lord of the Rings consists of four pieces - hooded cape, vest with leather panels, tunic with double sleeves, and pants. His accesories are his trademark staff and a sword with scabbard. Don't forget to check out ACS for more information on this costume.

Cape - Gandalf's cape is a 'U' shape, where it's longer in front and back than the sides. The sides of the cape go about to his finger tips, while the front and back are nearly to the ground. The cape is split in front and fastens at the neck with a clasp and leaf brooch. It also has a hood and features an entricate embroidery down the front edges. Outer Vest & Tunic - Gandalf's outervest is quilted in an intricate pattern. Attached to the hem are four leather panels, split in the middle and at the sides so he can ride his horse easily. Gandalf's quilted double sleeves are actually attached to his undertunic. The tunic laces at the neck and is split at least in the front and back for riding. I'm not sure if it's split at the sides as well.

Pants & Belts - You can get a good look at Gandalf's pants on the Costume Section of the Two Towers Extended Edition. They are wide-legged and held with suspenders. Gandalf also has two belts that he wears - a white braided leather belt (you can see this when he is sans cloak and vest in Rohan talking to Theoden) and a darker leather double belt which holds his sword and scabbard.
