Belle's Work Dress consists of a light blue sleeveless dress with a square neckline that falls to midcalf. She wears a white shirt underneath with a Peter Pan collar and 3/4 length bishop sleeves, and a white apron that ties around her waist in a bow. Her shoes are dark brown/black and her hair ties at the nape of her neck with a bow the same shade as her dress. Belle carries a straw-colored basket and a hardbound book when in town. Her cloak is either a very dark eggplant/maroon or black - it's hard to say as it changes hue depending on the scene lighting. The cloak is floor-length and has a full hood. It is secured around the neck with some type of silver/gold fastner.
