The Rules:

LeChugh's Top Ten Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") commences at 12:01 p.m. Eastern Time on May 21, 2001 and ends at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on June 28, 2001 and consists of one drawing. Sweepstakes is sponsored by LeChugh.com . Prizes provided by LeChugh.com.
(1) Eligibility: Sweepstakes is offered only to all natural persons, age 13 and older as of the date of entry, who are legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Canada (excluding the province of Quebec) for the duration of the Sweepstakes. Employees, independent contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsors, their affiliates and/or subsidiaries, Sponsors' advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, and the immediate family members and persons living in the same household of such persons, are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Void where prohibited by law.
(2) How to Enter: (1) On line: Access the Sweepstakes online at http://www.lechugh.com, complete an email with the proper information and you will be entered automatically; Entries eligible for a given drawing period (as set forth below) will not be included in subsequent drawings. Sponsor not responsible for late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries. Incomplete or illegible entries are not eligible. In order to be eligible, electronic entries must be received no later than 11:59pm ET on June 28, 2001; All entries become Sponsor's property and will not be acknowledged or returned.
(3) Prize: Two Drawing winners will receive one (1) Grand Prize consisting of the following: CD collection of announced shareware titles. No alternative prize, cash equivalent, or other substitution is permitted except by Sponsor in the event of prize unavailability. Prize is non-assignable and nontransferable. All federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
(4) Winners: Winner will be determined by a random drawing from all eligible entries received, to be conducted by LeChugh.com at its offices on or about 7 business days from the end of the Sweepstakes. All decisions by LeChugh.com in regard to this sweepstakes are final and binding. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. Expected odds of winning are 1 in 2,000. Canadian residents may be asked to correctly answer a timed, mathematical, skill-testing question, if selected as a winner, in order to receive a prize. In order to claim prize, each Winner may be required to complete an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and/or liability and publicity release which must be signed and returned so that it is received within 7 days of date printed on notification or alternate winner will be selected at random. If selected winner is not of the age of majority in winner's state of residence, prize may be awarded to winner's parent or legal guardian. If a selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Accepting and/or using prizes constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner's name, voice, hometown and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
(5) General Terms and Conditions: By participating, entrants agree that Sponsor, its shareholders, agents and representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors are not responsible or liable for, and shall be released and held harmless from: (i) telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (ii) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsor that may cause the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (iii) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes; (iv) any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize, including without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or cancel Sweepstakes at any time if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.
