Bonjour. Je m'appelle Bob. Ou est le Bibliotheque? |
|
|
| Ah, France. My first destination out of the US was to France my junior year at Milton Academy. I went on an exchange program and promptly fell ill upon arriving in Paris. I recovered and promptly became infatuated with the country and my exchange program mom (she nursed me back to health). Since then I returned to study for a semester in 1998. I studied in Avignon and was gone each weekend exploring another part of Europe (I managed four day weekends). After graduating from Vanderbilt in 2000 I spent the following winter working and skiing in the French Alps in Val d'Isere. |

1995 - I spent three weeks in France when I joined my High School's French Exchange 6 days before it left. |

1998 - I spent the fall semester of my Junior year studying in Avignon. I wasn't the best student they'd ever had, though they knew of at least 3 students who were worse than I. |

2000/2001 - I spent the winter in Val d'Isere in the French Alps, near the Italian border working and being a ski bum. |
