The Lady Colonels were obviously quite anxious to avenge an earlier loss to Northside, and they did. Fleming's defense practically shut down Northside's big guns as well as completely frustrating their point guard who usually supplied the ammo and the Ladies won 53-45. Sophomore guard TiAsia McGeorge led the Colonels with 21 points, 7 assists, 6 steals, a block and a rebound. McGeorge's defensive skills could be read in the face of the Northside guard who couldn't quite get rid of her. Sophomore guard Tashiana Pack scored 8 points, 2 rebounds and an assist. Junior forward Sidra Johnson had 7 points, 9 rebounds and 2 blocks. Senior guard Brandi Smith added another 7 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals and an assist. Sophomore center Salesse Stoval controlled the boards with 13 rebounds. She added 6 points, an assist and 7 defensive stops under the basket. Senior forward Brittni Taylor had 4 points, 3 rebounds, 4 steals, and 3 assists. Junior forward Jamela Wilson and freshman forward Aureon Bannister did score any points, but they combined for 5 rebounds and kept the defensive pressure on whenever one of the starters took a break.

Five of nine Lady Colonels score in double figures as they cruised to a 70-36 win over EC Glass. Tashiana Pack led all scorers with 16 points, 4 rebounds, 5 assists and 2 steals. TiAsia McGeorge added 13 points, 6 assists, 5 steals and 2 rebounds. Brandi Smith had 12 points, 8 steals, 6 rebounds, 3 assists and a block. Salesse Stoval powered in 11 points to go with her 7 rebounds and 3 steals. Sidra Johnson was a rebound away from a double double with 10 points and 9 rebounds. Casey Tench came off the bench to score 6 points, grab 3 rebounds, steal 3 passes and get an assist. Brittni Taylor chipped in 2 points, 3 steals and 2 rebounds. Aureon Bannister contributed 4 rebounds and 4 good defensive plays. Jamela Wilson snatched 5 rebounds, stole two passes and had 2 defensive stops.
