The Lady Colonels met Magna Vista for the 2nd of the 3 times they will play this season. Fleming won round two by a score of 55-42. Sophomore denter Salesse Stoval was a rebound away from a double-double as she had 12 points, 9 rebpunds, 2 steals, 2 assists and a block. Senior guard Brandi Smith added another 12 points, 5 rebounds, 7 assists and 4 steals. Sophomore guard TiAsia McGeorge had 9 points, 5 assists, 3 rebounds and 2 steals. Junior forward Sidra Johnson was two points away from a double-double with her 8 points, 10 rebounds, 7 steals, 4 blocks and an assist. Sophomore guard Tashiana Pack added another 8 points, plus, a rebound, a steal and an assist. Senior forward Brittni Taylor chipped in 6 points, 6 rebounds and 3 steals. Freshman Aureon Bannister and junior Jamela Wilson didn't score any points, but they had 2 and 3 rebounds respectively.

The Lady Colonels made it 3 for 3 in their matches against Magna Vista as they won 48-47, but it wasn't an easy win. Fleming jumped out to a 20-4 lead in the first quarter, but Magna Vista held them to 2 points in the 2nd quarter. The 2nd half was a complete defensive battle that didn't end until the final buzzer sounded. Brandi Smith led the Colonels with 12 points, 6 steals, 5 rebounds and an assist. Sidra Johnson had 9 points, 6 rebounds, 4 steals and an assist. Salesse Stoval also had 9 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, 2 assists and a steal. TiAsia McGeorge, Brittni Taylor and Tashiana Pack each had 6 points. McGeorge had 6 steals, 6 assists and 4 rebounds. Taylor had 6 rebounds, 4 steals and a block. Pack had 2 assists, a rebound and a steal. Aureon Bannister and Jamela Wilson had 2 and 3 rebounds respectively.

The Lady Colonels traditionally don't have much success against teams whose players use English as a 2nd language, and when those players top 6 feet that doesn't help either. Fleming lost to Liberty Christian, but they didn't go down without a fight. Brandi Smith led Fleming with 10 points, 14 good defensive plays, 4 steals, 4 rebound and 2 assists before fouling out of the game with a little under 2 minutes left to play. Tashianna Pack had 8 points, 2 rebounds, 2 steals and an assist. Salesses Stoval held her own in the land of the giants and grabbed 8 rebounds while scoring 5 points and 2 steals. TiAsia McGeorge was the fly in Liberty's oatmeal as she had 14 defensive stops, 4 assists, 3 rebounds and 5 points. Sidra Johnson rejected 2 shots, collected 3 rebounds and scored 2 points. Brittni Taylor had 5 defensive stops, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 3 points. Jamela Wilson had a bucket and a rebound. Aureon Bannister blocked a shot attempt by the tallest of the 6 footers.

The Lady Colonels lost to cross town rival Patrick Henry by a score of 45-36. Tashiana Pack was the only Fleming player to score in the double digits with 11 points. Salesse Stoval had 7 points, 2 rebounds, a block and a steal. Brandi Smith added 6 points, 6 rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals and a block. Brittni Taylor had 4 points and 3 rebounds. Sidra Johnson score 3 points, grabbed 12 rebounds and blocked 3 shots. TiAsia McGeorge chipped in another 3 points, 3 assists, 2 steals and a rebound. Aureon Bannister had 2 points to complete the Fleming scoring. The Lady Colonels missed quite a few layups and had quite a few unforced turnovers which led to easy baskets for the quick Patriots. Hopefully, their energy level will be higher when they meet PH again.

The Lady Colonels continued their losing streak with a 56-48 loss to the Cougars. Brandi Smith got her first double-double of the season with 14 points, 10 rebounds, 3 steals and an assist. TiAsia McGeorge ended her scoring drought with 13 points, 3 rebounds, 2 assists and 2 steals. Sidra Johnson had a double-double with 12 points, 13 rebounds, 3 blocks and 2 assists. Aureon Bannister came off the bench to add 5 points, 4 rebounds and a steal. Salesse Stoval had 4 points, 11 rebounds and a steal.
