WINNER IS THE TEAM THAT HAS COMPLETED THE DISTANCE WITH THE HIGHEST AVERAGE
SPEED MINUS ITS CALCULATED SPEED

IF NO TEAM SUCCEEDS TO ACHIEVE ITS CALCULATED AVERAGE SPEED, THE WINNER
IS THE TEAM THAT COMES CLOSEST

A MINIMUM NUMBER OF SEVEN PHOTOS HAVE TO BE TAKEN DURING THE RALLYE, NONE OF THEM
MAY BE TAKEN FROM INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE AND ONLY TWO ALLOWED DURING REFUELLING

IF A TEAM HAS BROKEN DOWN DUE TO AN ACCIDENT OR A TECHNICAL PROBLEM, ANY
OTHER TEAM PASSING HAS TO STOP AND HELP IF POSSIBLE, THE DELAY CAUSED
WILL BE TAKEN INTO ACCOUNT IN THE FINAL EVALUATION

IT IS REQUIRED (AND MANDATORY) TO USE PUMP FUEL DURING THE RALLY. IT IS
MANDATORY TO LOAD FUEL AT GAS STATIONS ALONG THE ROUTE DURING THE RALLY. ADDITIVES (LEAD SUBSTITUTES, OCTANE BOOSTERS) HOWEVER ARE ALLOWED.

THE FUEL TANK CAPACITY MAY BE INCREASED TO ANY DESIRED CAPACITY. NO FUEL STORAGE IN PASSENGER COMPARTMENT ALLOWED.

MODERN TYRES (INCL. M+S) ARE PERMITTED. ONLY TYRES READILY AVAILABLE RETAIL WILL BE
PERMITTED, I.E. NO HAND CUT TREADED RACING TYRES. SNOW CHAINS ARE ALLOWED.

BRAKING SYSTEMS MAY BE IMPROVED.
