Please contact us for rental information letting us know the time period you desire and the number of people in your party.
Rentals are weekly or monthly.
Monthly rentals consist of four (4) consecutive weeks.
Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
Call us for alternate check-in and check-out days.
Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and check-out is l0:00 a.m.
Sorry, no exceptions as we need that time period to get the house ready for our next guests.
Rental Rate is $1,500.00 per week
Deposit $600.00
Full rental plus deposit is due two weeks prior to start of rental. If sent less than two weeks prior it must be a cashier's check.
