DIRECTIONS

By Road:
From the north or east of Scotland, or if travelling from England, follow directions for Glasgow and the M8 motorway. Once on the M8, head westwards, following signs for Greenock. Leave the M8 just after Glasgow Airport, following signs for Irvine on the A737. Stay on the A737 for approximately 8 miles, then at the roundabout, join the A760 signed for Lochwinnoch and Kilbirnie. Follow this road for approximately 14 miles, until you come down a steep hill which brings you out at the coast. Turn right onto the A78 and follow this road for approximately one mile until you come into Largs town centre. More precise route details, or directions from other areas can be found at Multimap.

By Rail:
An hourly rail service operates from Glasgow Central Station to Largs. Most rail services from the south terminate at Glasgow Central Station. Services from other parts of Scotland often terminate at Glasgow Queen Street Station, around 10 minutes walk from Central Station, although there is a connecting bus service. Details of rail timetables and fares are available from Scotrail.

By Air:
There are two airports within 30 miles of Largs and, between them, they offer direct and connecting flights to most parts of the world. Information on airlines and flights can be found on the airport websites.
