The Realm of Avalon

The Realm of Avalon lies at the south-eastern edge of the Segmentum Tempestus. It is comprised of 4 major star systems, numerous smaller, system-less stars, and the Ultima Tormentius warp-rift.

Though smaller in size than the Ultra Marines Sea of Ultra Mar, Avalon is every bit as crucial to the Imperium for it's mineral wealth. Every bit as efficient as Ultra Mar, Avalon can produce a large volume of recruits for the Imperial Guard, Adeptus Sororitus, the Administratum and Adeptus Astartes.

The four major star systems that make up the core of Avalon are Draconus, Phoros, Avalon and Tuva systems. The Holo-Pic below is a view of the realm of Avalon as viewed from the Cyrix-Alpha Warp-Route exit. The Ultima Tormentius (not pictured) lies just to the south-east of the Tuva System.
